As these are all seasonal and timely decorations, we do not accept any returns. We will only accept a request to exchange if the product is damaged in post.
All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 3 days and we would appreciate if you could photograph any damage or quality issues and send them to us at sales@luxe-christmas.com. This will help us see the issue, offer replacement and allow us to identify any recurring product issues. Please also ensure that you keep any original packaging. This will be required in the case of a collection being arranged.
