We ask for the minimum information from you that we need to provide a professional service at the time of ordering. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. None of the information you share with us is disclosed nor sold to any outside organizations or third-party (unless for delivery purposes). 

As these are all seasonal and timely decorations, we do not accept any returns. We will only accept a request to exchange if the product is damaged in transit. Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the goods if faulty.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press. However, while colour reproduction is a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur.

All copyright, design and other intellectual property rights in our designs, logo(s), name and products (and in the images, text and design of this website) are and will remain the property of Luxe Christmas Ltd. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously.
